I already know what Accounts are - I am ready to sign in

What is a User Account?

A User Account identifies who you are. All access permissions are granted based upon your identity.

What can I do with a User Account?

A User Account by itself does not do much other than identify who you are. A User can only do something once it is associated with a Business.

What is a Business Account?

A Business Account identifies a business entity which sells products and services.

What can I do with a Business Account?

A Business Account is used to manage and keep track of all activity for the business.

How are Users and Businesses related?

  • Businesses are comprised of one or more users.

  • User permissions are granted by the Business Administrator for that specific business.

  • A user can be a member of more than one business.

  • A user can have different permissions from one business to another.

How do I get started?

  • Start by creating a User Account.

  • Once you have a User Account, you can join an existing Business, or create a new Business.

  • Once your User Account is a member of a Business, the business administrator can grant you permissions to perform a variety of business actvities for that business.

  • You become the business administrator for any Business you create, and you can automatically perform all activities for that business.
